UPS may deliver the order to the recipient or to any other person who appears to have authority to accept delivery of the shipment on behalf of the recipient (such as a person on the same premises as the recipient).
If no such person is available on the first delivery attempt, the package may be left in the recipient's mailbox (if appropriate) or delivered to a neighbor unless the sender has excluded that delivery option.
The recipient should be notified of any alternative delivery arrangements (or diversion to a UPS Access Point®) via a note left at their premises.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
For shipping to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
UPS Access Point Information
If your package has been delivered to a UPS Access Center, please note the instructions below when picking up your order:
You can collect your package during the Access Center's operating hours within 10 days after the Access Center receives the package.
Always carry a valid ID with you, as well as your unique tracking number. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or online by tracking your order. This number is 18 characters long and always starts with "1Z" for example 1Z29R0336801864298.
If for any reason you are unable to collect the package within 10 days, it will be returned to the warehouse and your money will be refunded.
UPS Collection scheduling information
If you are unable to return your item through a local UPS Access Center, you can schedule a free UPS pickup. To schedule a pickup, first read the instructions below and then follow this link.
Part 1. Enter the tracking number without any spaces as shown on your prepaid UPS label. This number is 18 characters long and always starts with "1Z" for example 1Z29R0336801864298
Part 2. You do not need to enter a UPS account number, please leave this field blank. Then fill in your contact details for the location where you would like the pickup to take place.
Part 3. Please enter the number of packages you are returning and calculate the total weight of your package (a pair of shoes is approximately 1KG). Select the shipping service "UPS International Service", then under the heading "UPS Standard".
Section 4. Please fill in the date, time and any special instructions for the driver for your desired pickup time.
Once you have filled in all the required information, press Next, review your details and press Next again.
